Competent and swift troubleshooting is our strength

We usually correct any faults you report immediately. The more precisely you can describe your problem, the easier it is for our trained service technicians to complete the repair work. We mostly stock all required spare parts (even for older units) or at least are able to obtain or produce them quickly. We offer all necessary spare parts for refrigerators and freezers at a fair price-performance ratio. As in our unit production manufacture itself, we only use components that meet our stringent criteria and thus also ISO certification requirements.
